OCTOBER 2, 2008
The Special Handy Township board meeting was called to order by Supervisor Denby at 10:40 a.m. in the Handy Township Board Room. Trustees Present: Eisele, Vaupel, Redinger. Absent: Tesch. Also Present: Zoning Administrator Anderson, and resident William Call.
Approval of Agenda:
MOTION REDINGER SUPPORT EISELE TO APPROVE THE AGENDA AS PRESENTED. MOTION CARRIED.
Brief Comments from the Public: No comments.
New Business:
The appointment committee reported they had met with William Call regarding the zoning department assistant position. They recommended his appointment to the board.
MOTION EISELE SUPPORT VAUPEL TO APPOINT WILLIAM CALL AS ZONING DEPARTMENT ASSISTANT TO BE EFFECTIVE 10-6-08.
MOTION CARRIED.
