HANDY TOWNSHIP BOARD OF TRUSTEES
SPECIAL MEETING MINUTES
OCTOBER 30, 2008

The special meeting of the Handy Township was called to order in the Handy Township Boardroom by Supervisor Denby at.  Members present: Redinger, Tesch, Vaupel and Eisele.  Absent: None.  Also present: Township Attorney-Kehoe, Engineering Technologies-Ken Cousino, Bond Attorney-Terry Donnelly and Dr. Vic Eggleston.

Approval of Agenda
MOTION VAUPEL SUPPORT REDINGER TO APPROVE THE AGENDA AS PRESENTED.  MOTION CARRIED.

New Business

1. Discussion with Bond Attorney, Terry Donnelly, on the following items:
1. Terry Donnelly Memo  RE: Delinquent Special Assessments

Discussion concerning process of resolving delinquent special assessments, penalties and tax sales.
Concerns on revolving fund and inability to make bond payments. Bond payments are considered top priority when making budget.

1. Update and Options for Township Sewer Projects

General discussion on completion West Grand River project.
